If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.
Our payment options are cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Discover.
Our services are not covered by insurance.
